★ Accessing your files through the Etsy website:
(Note – files can only be downloaded on a desktop computer or laptop, not through the Etsy app.)

1. Click on your Profile Picture and go to the Purchases section of your Etsy account. Here you’ll be able to see an overview of all your orders (and download links).
2. Find your order and click ‘Download Files’. This will take you to the Downloads page where you’ll see all the files attached to the order.
3. Download your files and save them to your computer.
4. Unzip if needed.
